In-production quality checks
Every TECO Aqua chiller is carefully monitored throughout the production process. Before a unit is completed, we verify the integrity of welds and components through vacuum testing and dedicated leak detection systems, ensuring the refrigerant circuit is perfectly sealed. Heat exchangers are pressure-tested to confirm long-term tightness and structural stability. These checks allow us to detect even potential issues early, so each unit leaving our facility always meets consistent and reliable standards.
Safety and integrity tests
Reliability also means safety. Each unit is CE marked and undergoes dedicated electrical safety testing to ensure full compliance with Low Voltage Directive requirements, followed by a complete functional inspection managed by our control systems. During this phase, all components are activated, energy consumption is monitored, and operating parameters are carefully verified. This ensures every unit performs exactly as designed, stable and dependable from the very first use.
Climatic chamber testing
To guarantee consistent results, we also validate performance in controlled laboratory environments. Inside a climatic chamber, units are tested under different temperature and humidity conditions to simulate real-world use. This allows us to measure cooling capacity, efficiency, and operational stability across a range of scenarios typical of aquarium systems.
