Smart and reliable refrigeration solutions designed in Italy for the Ho.Re.Ca. and foodservice industries

Quality you can tracePerformance you can trust
Quality is not a final checkpoint at TECO. It is a daily commitment that guides how we design, build, and verify every unit before it leaves the factory.
That is why we invest in internal testing, structured procedures, and repeatable checks, so performance stays consistent over time.
In-house test chamber
We run tests inside an internal test chamber, directly within the company. This controlled environment allows us to replicate demanding conditions and verify each unit step by step.
It also helps keep know-how, measurements, and decisions close to the production process. In this way we deliver units that perform reliably in real installations, not only on paper.

Safety and integrity tests
Each unit goes through core integrity, electrical and safety checks. We perform checks on 100% of the produced units to confirm correct working condition. We also run electrical safety tests on each unit to confirm proper protection and the correct operation of electrical components.
Together, these controls help ensure the unit starts up safely, runs efficiently, and stays dependable once installed.
Thermodynamic performance under stress
We carry out thermodynamic tests to validate performance in demanding conditions. In a climatic chamber which operates following the common standard of the reference industry, the unit operates under thermal stress so we can evaluate how it reacts when conditions become more challenging.
This helps confirm stable and reliable performance, not only in ideal temperatures but also in tougher scenarios. It is one more way we protect consistency and reduce unattended performances in the field.

ISO 22041
Alongside functional testing, we also comply with the requirements of ISO 22041, specific to units used in the foodservice industry. This adds a structured layer of verification and documentation, it supports traceability and helps keep evaluation criteria clear and repeatable. In other words: more control, clearer records, and a stronger quality routine.
Teco can conduct tests in accordance with ISO 22041 for energy labeling requirements.
